Terrascope expands presence into USA and widens tooling to tackle product-level emissions

In a press release, Terrascope has announced that it is formally making its market entry into the United States.

This US launch marks Terrascope’s third major market expansion since its founding in Singapore in 2022.

As quoted from Maya Hari, Terrascope's CEO, "We’re setting a new standard in carbon footprinting and making important connections between enterprises and the supply chain globally. Our self-serve tool makes it easier than ever for companies to measure the climate impact of their products at scale, and take actionable steps to cut emissions across their entire supply chain. It’s a game-changer for consumer goods companies looking to uncover hidden emissions hotspots, drive real climate impact, and explore new green revenue opportunities."

Thanks for attending!

Decarbonizing the Agri-Food Value Chain: Strategies for Suppliers & Brands” went off without a hitch! Jennifer Hebets of Kellanova, Julie Greene of Olam Agri, and Maya Hari of Terrascope had an engaging conversation around proven strategies and live case studies on achieving decarbonisation across global supply chains. The multi-faceted nature of climate change as we understand it requires thorough granular understanding of world supply chains with hundreds, if not thousands, of stakeholders. As they discussed, there are real benefits towards utilising Terrascope's platform for managing thousands of line items and SKUs, across both Scope 3 - and the diverse, thousands-strong portfolio of agri-food companies around the world.

Struggling with how you can gain visibility over tens of thousands of SKUs without supplier data?

For companies that sit within consumer goods and the extended agri-food supply chain, decarbonising Scope 3.1 purchased goods & services seems like an insurmountable challenge, especially when reliant upon generic emission factors.

Product Carbon Footprint offers an intelligent alternative to estimating the emissions from their purchased goods, offering tangible decarbonisation insights, but can be costly to generate at a large scale. If you are in the food & beverage or agri sector managing a large number of products this is the tool for you!
